Topic: Fitness Assessments
What does fitness assessment mean?
Fitness goals vary greatly with each individual. Some people would like to lose weight, some would like to climb the stairs without wheezing, others would like to train for their first 5k race.....you get the point.
The common denominator here is that everyone should get a baseline goal-specific fitness assessment.
Fitness assessments usually include a Body Composition Measurement, a Cardio-respiratory assessment, a Flexibility assessment and a Muscular Strength and Endurance assessment.
These tests are designed to shed light on the individuals strengths' and weaknesses. The results are then utilized as the building blocks upon which our programs are designed. This truly creates a unique program tailored to your specific needs.
