Todd GehrsTodd is the owner of Peak Performance and has been in the fitness industry since 1995. He has a B.S. in Fitness and Wellness and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the NSCA. Todd has a tremendous passion and has dedicated his life to fitness. He has utilized continuing education programs and seminars to further advance his knowledge in this evolving industry. The experience he received from the time as an intern with the Kansas City Chiefs or now 15 years as a personal trainer is invaluable. Ryan TuckerCertifications with the American Council on Exercise and the National Academy of Sports Medicine have awarded Ryan the qualifications to work with a client base ranging from teenager to the older adult. The wide variety of goals and challenges have given him the experience to help people lose weight, gain muscle, correct musculoskeletal imbalances or just help improve their physical well-being. |
